submit failed & captcha failed

Hi

Is it better to have a "The captcha you entered is invalid" into:
1) submit failed
2) captcha failed
3) BOTH submit failed & captcha failed  

?

    having it in captcha failed only is enough as SER will add it automatically to "submit failed" internally.
