My Pagerank and domain authority is high but lost all POS

hello, My page rank and domain Auth is still high but i lost all my ranks, Could it be my content is just shit? Should i try to rewrite the content and rerank? or burn the site?

    I'd wait before you burn it; if PR has not dropped yet you may be ok.

    IF you dont have the site in Webmaster tools, add it. Within a few hours you'll get a message if a manual penalty was applied.

    I have seen in last 60 days you have got only 4 links.Make link consistanly and replace content if possible.

    Post SEO optimized  and fresh content.I usually buy 15 articles per month from this guy on fiverr.He is in my contact list on skype.
