After I download the new upgrade version of SER It show the error.

Anyone else?

    Might come from your anti virus program thinking that our program is infected (it's not) and aborts the download which results in a corrupted file. Turn your anti virus program off for a while (or get a better one instead) and try again.

    It is not anti-virus , I do not have anti virus on my vps

    @andy1024 - PM'd you a download mirror link from my Google drive. Try that and see if it works.

    You have windows, that comes with MS's own anti virus solution. And Microsoft Windows Defender or what it's called is known to have issues.

    @andy1024 - That file was downloaded directly from the GSA website so that means there is something on your end preventing it from downloading properly from the site. Like Sven mentioned it might have to do with some background a/v with windows or something like that.
