Enabling Foreign Languages on Data Tab in a Project

Hello, I have some GSE SER project templates that were shared with me, that have, for example:

Website Title
Description 250 
Description 450
Website Title (German)
Description 250 (German)
Description 450 (German)

I know if I create a new project, these fields don't exist. What causes these fields to show up?

    Enabling or disabling engines causes some fields to disappear. Enable all engines and use help buttons to see which engine uses required fields.
