I like to buy good quality Lists

I need a good mix of lists with reasonable page rank, will buy regularly every month. Anyone knows anybody selling good lists who can point me in the right direction? I appreciate the help.

It's good quality. Reasonable PR? Well you can set SER to check domain PR before submission.

Their list also comes with very helpful guides and tutorials. Bought their "red pills" before and recently the "blue pill #8" just for the tutorial...

I had a look at http://serlists.com/, what do they mean by: BLUE List needs only GSA- CB what does CB mean? These lists are huge I would never use that amount of submissions, but I can use just what I need I suppose
