I try to only post to zendesk,but GSA always returned the data required variable "your e-mail" was not used in form,I know zendesk need recaptch, So I just use DBC to test,but I always get the error

    Maybe your email accounts are not accepted by this engine..

    This is nothing to do with any captcha, this means that the form on the register page does not have a place to fill out your email.  As Zendesk needs you to register then this would normally mean that the form is not there, either because the site is down or more than likely registration is disabled as too many people have spammed it and it will have a message like, registration is not currently allowed.

    Just check the URL manually and you will see for sure.
