license doesn't work?

Hello, I bought two programs GSA Search Engine Ranker and GSA Captcha Breaker. Unfortunately, my license doesn't work. Name and key received in the mail entered in the appropriate place in spite of the program is not responding to licenses. Resets itself after which it is still demo version.

    Yes. I restarted GSA and still is a demo version.

    Try again running them as admin.

    I tried but it did not work. I have windows 7. I tried to turn on GSA on a second computer with windows xp and still nothing.
