question about scheduler

Hi, how to set the scheduler to let project B run after project A finish.

Ps: finish means the last site is submitted from global site list. My project only use global site list.

    impossible as a project will never know if all urls from site list have been parsed/submitted

    Anyway, i think this could be a sign to that all urls from site list have been parsed/submitted.
