Restore Erased Verified!

One of my projects got messed up and I restored th project. Well, the restore was actually for ALL projects, and reset all my verified to low numbers. What can I do about this?

    I do have this, can I use this to fix things? Gosh who would have known a restore would burn up current progress, that seems really against the grain.
