Captacha breaker is not working

I moved to a new server by taking 
backup of options and all projects.
i started GSA SER in the new server, the submitted column is increasing but i cannot see any movements in GSA CB its not solving any captachas but the submitted columns keeps increasing, can someone help me point out the mistake ?

    Try opening both CB and SER running as admin.

    @balajiseo did you test it? was the communication successful?

    @vijayaraj yes the communication is succesful with all the tests. but nothing happening in CB the submission just increases ! too confusing !
