SER Creates Multiple Posts

I set SER to only post once per domain.

Here are my settings:

Only contextual platforms selected.

Only Article, Article-Wiki selected.

I got this problem on multiple URLs and different engines. Ser posted up to 4 times on the same domain.

    and what type of engines are that? Is it a tier project?

    Also ucenter seems to be completly bugged:
