Why Does GSA Indexer Always Popup?

Why does my GSA Indexer, when used with GSA SER, always pop up this window? --

Kind of annoying, is there a way to configure Indexer to work in the main window without the popup?

    That window is your queue of URLs ... it should not be closed.
