How do I submit back links to only a specific list of URLs?

Hello fellow GSA members, 

I was hoping I would be able to try to submit back links to only a set of urls that I have. I have scraped back links from my competitors and see a lot of them being recognised by GSA if I import the list. Is there any way I can submit to only these and then set them as my first tier so that I can send tier 2 links to these?

    Of course thats possible. Just disable all search engines and options below that box in a project option. Then right click on the project->import target urls.

    Just in case you don't know you can disable search engines in your project option by right clicking in the search engine selection box > check none.
