Auto decrease threads option - expand on it suggestions

I noticed that the auto decrease threads option is back after it was removed some time ago. While this feature is nice i would like to suggest some expansion of the auto decrease threads option for @Sven to consider.
Decrease threads based on CPU load
Why not let the users choose at what level of CPU usage the threads should be used instead of having a fixed 50%
Suggested - Decrease threads based on RAM load
99% of users get the dreaded out of memory pop up when they push the system to hard, why not add the option to auto decrease threads option based on a RAM usage %
Suggested - Auto increase threads option
Can we also have the option to then again increase the threads when CPU or RAM usage is below X percentage

Maybe you have forgotton about it == > In early 2012 there was a function under options : monitor pc resource and automatically lower threads - here is a screenshot, see the option just below threads to use
No worries I forgot stuff all the time, i am sure you will figure it out again, if i remember correctly the load function in the past did not work so well, which is maybe why you removed it.
I think that most people have out of RAM more often than out of CPU, so if you could look at something to auto control that it would be a killer.
