Blasting each URL in a project with a site list

If I have say 10 URLs in my project and I input a list of say 2000 links (duplicated domains removed) and I want SER to try to blast these 2000 links to each of the 10 URLs, can I do this all in one project - just input 10 emails? Would it automatically do that? If not, what would SER do? Thanks.
