Unanswered Questions edit screen tweaks

The edit screen for Unanswered Questions should:
  1. Sort by the number of times the question has occurred, in descending order.  (This puts the most important at the top.)
  2. Exclude questions answered by AskMeBot (if it doesn't do this already?)
  3. Wrap questions to multiple lines
  4. Allow column width resetting

Because the questions column wasn't wrapped, I double-clicked the column heading separator to autosize the column, but now it's so impossibly wide (10x the width of my screen), I cannot use the form properly.  I need a way to reset the column widths of this table.
