How fast to build backlinks to web2.0 blog?

What is the best way to build links to the new web2.0 blog like on blogspot or jimdo etc?

I mean is it safe to build about 50 backlinks / day?

I try to rank my web2.0 blog (not use as tier 1).

    You could build 50k backlinks everyday to it if you don't mind it tanking in a couple of months. I'm sure 50 backlinks/day would be just fine if you want to play it more safe.
