Got Blacklisted By Some Forums

I try to extract emails from some forum. Using no proxies and 100 connections. A week later i can not access the forum from GSA Email Spider. My IP got blacklisted.

So what is the best setting if we want to extract from a site?

    well 100 connections, you can't expect that people watching there access logs don't do anything against this. You should either use proxies, use less threads or put a delay on each download.
