Disable automatic update?

Is there a way to disable automatic updating in GSA in the software itself?

    Don't really see the point as you can always click no to updates. But still an interesting question.

    So no way in the software itself, not to worry i'll block them a different way.

    Whats would be the reason for such things?

    I want a way to control the version number so I can stay at an old version that is stable that is all

    So whats wrong in clicking No at startup and ignore the "update available" label?
