Anchor text backlinks

Hi Friends, My GSA Submitting only url backlinks most of the time and some times only anchor text backlinks, So My website url back links percentage is more, i want to submit anchor text back links.

How I can submit only anchor text backlinks. { ex: Keywords, Keywords phrases}

Pls, guide me..

    use the project option to only create certain types of backlinks (e.g. Profile-Contextual, Article, ... )
