Am I screwed?

SER submitted and verified ~15-30k links over the last 3-4 days.
A couple of days ago my computer crashed big time and apparently, after firing up GSA again, all of my settings had been reset. Proxy settings included. So I've been firing away 24/7 from my real IP.

How screwed am I regarding bans and/or provider complaints?

    Your probably fine.  Might get a letter from you provider telling you that you have a virus on your computer sending out automated messages or something
