Auto Add Urls to Existing Project?

Is there any way to automatically add new urls to an existing project. For example if my site has 3 or 4 new posts a day what is the best way to get them into SER?

Currently, I login to my admin section, review posts one by one, copy the urls to a text file, then go over to SER edit the project and import.

Looking to see if anyone has found a simpler solution, or maybe this capability already exists but I just haven't seen it???

    Use the RSS Feed as source or some macro that pulls targets to the project.
