refresh captcha's

sometimes I sit in front of the monitor and solve captchas
but recaptcha are sometimes very hard to understand
it would be nice to be able to click the popup and reload the registration page
in order to get another captcha to solve

    thats a bit complicated to code the way it is handled now.
