After recent update today - can't load GSA when no projects in the folder

GSA SER - if you have no projects in the projects folder, it stalls/crashes when it loads and says it will create new project.  (asks if you want to restart or continue or send bug report).  Restarting or continuing just makes the program stall.

If you add project files back in the folder and start, it works fine.

    It worked without projects before this version I believe.
