Cant see anchor text entries, but they're actually there?

hi guys, can't seem to show any entries in the anchor text feature to show up, it is blank.
to confirm, when i copy and past the keyword entries into notepad, they exist.
also when i use the 'test' feauture they show up.
its just visually there not there. how to fix? image

    We had this issue before. It's something on your font setup within windows. Try to change your dpi settings or font.
