How do you work out the main keyword percentage setting

Hey guy's sorry if this question has been asked before but i can't seem to find an answer.

I am trying to understand the keyword % setting. I can see that there is % for LSI, partial 2nd keywords etc etc but how do you set the main keywords %??

Is it just a case of adding up the LSI, partial etc etc and what ever is left over is your main keyword %  

So in this example:

Partial match anchor is 5%
2nd anchor text is 10%
Branding anchor text % (not being used)
LSI anchor text 20%
Generic anchor text is 25%
Domain as anchor is 16%
Use citation 13%
Anchor text variation 20% (not added to total)

Total 89%

Which then leaves 11% main keyword ???

Is this how you work it out ?? Or is there a setting to set your main keyword %
