Is Scheduled Posting only for article engines?

If i check Allow posting on same site again, which is under Scheduled Posting option, will this work only for article engines or other engines too, like blog comments and guestbooks.

    just for article engines as the rest would be kind of useless.

    Then how can i make SER submit a blog comment on a site that it has already submitted blog comment? What settings i have to select if i don't want SER to submit links only to unique domains?

    if the url is different then it will submit, but not on same url.

    I thought ser doesn't submit more then once to a domain by default.
    Then how to make ser submit only to unique domains, not urls?

    it's based on engines if they can submit per url or domain...

    If i am importing urls for article engines do i have to trim to root the urls or it is not necessary?
