I'm not sure if the restart CaptchaSniper every 30 minutes is working fine?

I'm getting a lot pop-up windows with [Port 80 is currently in use. Stop the service listening on Port 80 and restart CaptchaSniper]. It looks like GSA is trying restart it, but CS needs some time to properly shutdown first.
