see this message when search url , can anyone tell me what is that means?

    it means that the particular search engine with the proxy/ip has been used recently and it needs to wait to not get banned. The setting in ion global options->seconds to wait between search queries.

    it seems to wait much much longer than the 60 seconds I have there..is this possible?

    well if there are no free slots for doing searches then it will wait longer, but else it continues exactly after that set time.
