running on VPS and getting excessive diskIO

Anyone else have/having this problem? My VPS provider has shutdown my vps twice now because they said of too much diskIO.

    move to a different provider...preferably a provider that markets to users of seo tools. if you have the money go with a dedicated server.

    I am running on bulletproofvps without any issues.

    Edit: This user was banned as he did self promotion for his VPS service. Should tell enough about that crap VPS.

    I agree with @jpvr90 move and look into SSD.

    I have packed up and moved to a SSD server. I am now running faster and with way more threads with no issues yet
