Searching for new proxies

@Sven in version 7.97 proxies seem to be searched for once and then not again, even tho I have set it to every 10 minutes.. Was working perfectly in the last version I was using.. I have sent a bug report.

    no need for a bugreport...nothing changed here. Im sure it's because no update was detected for that site.
