Changing one option in several projects - will it overwrite?

I want to edit one setting in the options of several projects with widely different options (to be exact it is the checkbox use URLs from global verified list). I select all I want to edit, rightclick, go to "Edit only engines/options" and a window appears.

The window already has some options selected which are not the same for all projects.
Now, when i modify just one option in this window - will SER save all options in the from as they are displayed or just the one I changed?

    ye this kind of negates the whole point of having that option doesnt it? cos its there so you can change them all in bulk rather than have to go one by one but whats the point if it just wipes every other setting from the others. im sure it hasnt always been like this as i used to just highlight the ones i wanted and change just one setting fine without the rest getting wiped, that seems to be a new 'issue'

    You get a warning when using that option...you have the "edit single option" menu as well.

    So edit single option wont overwrite like that one does?
