What is wrong with threads?

I am running 600 threads. It says on gsa only 17 are running, the highest it has been is about 48...

    You mean you have a maximum of 600 set and are only running 17? Add more keywords to your campaigns, check more engines or use a bought list. Generally few thread means SER has nothing to work with.
