How to insert own url with own anchor text

i want to insert my own urls with own anchor text. i tried "own url" option but it not supporting anchor text for given url.

help please.

    The anchor must be present in the article. If thats the case you need to add it in a special format like...

    URL#anchor1,anchor2,...

    This will search for one of the mentioned anchors and place a link on it.
