Platforms for contextual links building

What platforms should I target to get contextual links for my tier1 ?  ( very new to this, so read alot atm on this forum )

    create new project , select all platfroms , right click --> uncheck platforms that no use contextual links

    This doesn't include the forum engines that accept HTML in the fields. It would be cool if @sven could make the option that @DzSeoboy mentioned include those as well.

    @JamPackedSpam then use the "Uncheck Engines that use no html"
