Russian Anchor Text Question

Yo guys, I have noticed in my anchor clouds I am getting a lot of russian anchor text. Now I have turned Trackback off, but can I completely turn Russia off or is that not recommended? Thanks

    You better turn off the engines that produce such anchors because some engines do not use your anchor text at all.

    Easiest way to find which ones do that?

    right click on engine selection->Uncheck Engines that use no anchor text
