Solved captchas high, verified links low

I have 1500 captchas sent for solving and i have only 10 verified links. I am posting only on article engines.

Anyone else experienced that kind ratio or just me?

    Sven had mentioned before that certain platforms like "drupal" and maybe a few others allow the sign up but might be moderated or not allow submission so the software signs up (uses captcha) but when it comes to submission it isn't possible, hence the used captchas.

    There might be other reasons but that is one of them.

    What is the recommended time to set between email logins? I am receiving email login error like this: Valid name, no data record of requested type

    Now i can't even open hotmail login page in the browser. I guess my IP is blocked.
