What does "no form at all" mean?

And more to the point, how do I stop this from happening? Is this a settings issue? Thanks

    It might mean that the site changed the default location for joining/logging in.

    How do you fix it?

    Open the page that gives you the error, find the proper pages for joining/logging in, and update the engine file by adding that new page so SER will know to search for it.

    Thanks but that solution sounds very long given that there are hundreds and thousands of those errors coming up. Is there another way? I can't think that I'm the only person getting these so there must be another way.

    You can turn off web2.0s which will help massively.
