"Already Parsed" by URL or domain?

Does the "Already Parsed" message mean that the URL was matched, or the domain was matched?

For example will SER post to both of these?
example.blogspot.com/buy-a-car
example.blogspot.com/buy-a-horse

    That depends on the engine. For Blog comments it is for the URL, for Forums e.g. it  is for the whole domain.

    @sven - would it be possible to let users choose one of those options for all engines themselves ?

    @RayBan, that wouldn't make any sense. If there is a forum and you've already posted to it, it should show already parsed. Blog comments are the opposite because you can get multiple links on one domain.
