Ver 7.65 not posting Wordpress article

Hi, version 7.65 does not post article to Wordpress site. When trying to post to URL /wp-admin/post.php after successfully GETting /wp-admin/post-new.php, the server returns HTTP 403 Forbidden. Running older version 7.63 solves the problem and after a post to URL /wp-admin/post.php the server returns HTTP 302 Found. In both cases the same latest ini file (from ver. 7.65) was used.
