Article random URL insertion feature in different character set

Currently if I make an article containing, for example, cyrillic characters and even if I specify Russian-only engine in file generic_urls.dat, GSA SER wont insert any link at all. This is what Im talking about: http://imgur.com/Jdk2mD7 Whils if I drop in some English sentences I'll get some urls in. Could you please make it possible to work?

    next version should handle this better. Let me know if thats not the case and deliver a sample article.

    It could easily be replicated by creating dummy project, taking any cyrrilic text, for example http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Слоновые, pasting it in article body and previewing. I do not know if changes meant to be for 7.59v or not, but at 7.59v all is the same.
