Turn Active (V) to Active

How has this not been mentioned before?
I am unable to change a project to active (regular) when it is on any other type of active.
If I want to turn it from active verify, to regular active, i have to set to inactive first, then active.

    sorry yes, thats always like that, trying to change it but it's not that easy from code point of view.
