I am unable to remove Icybook.ini file located in Engines folder. Can someone help me?

Whenever I try to access Engines folder in Program files my system hangs. I am getting error while removing Icybook.ini file. I am also getting some error message while installing an update of GSA SER regarding same Icybook file. Please help.

    Seems as that file is damaged then? Try to check the HD or at least rename the file to "damaged.bak". This would skip it from usage within SER.

    I am unable to even rename it. As soon as I click on this file my system hangs. I have the error snaps but I am not getting any option here to upload them.

    try starting in safe mode and try to remove it then. This however is not a problem in the software but should be an issue on your system/harddisk.
