Have a Problem Submitting to Pligg Sites ..

I get this error when i try to submit to pligg sites. Can any one help with this issue..

    looks like a proxy problem

    download failed usually means bad/slow proxies, or sometimes if youre using high thread counts and low html timeout. Though half of those urls are dead anyway.
