How to turn off red flag notification?

Hi! How i can turn off these notification http://clip2net.com/s/6FbYCN, it doesn't give me useful information and very annoying

    next version has this "Off option". Though I don't see how this is "not useful" as it pointed out many setup errors for people already. But thats just my 2cent.
