GSA SER does not respect "maximum posts per account" settings

I have set the "maximum posts per account" to 5 but GSA SER still posted 15 posts on the same accounts for social blogs sites. It was for several accounts. On some it posted 17, on some 13 etc andyways more than the set 5.  Maybe there is some bug.
