Connection setting for 1 connection per 10 proxies ?

Hello,

I just bought 10 private proxies and the seller toldme: "To prevent issues with Google it's always recommended to use 1 connection per 10 private proxies".
What does it mean? I tried to look for the setting in GSA but couldn't. DO we even have that setting and is it required to have GSA run properly ?

    That would mean you have to use 1 thread for 10 proxies, 2 for 20 and so on.
