GSA SER "Learning Mode"

Hey guys! I need your help. Is there any way to learn SER your own platforms? Something like Scrapebox "learning mode". I was googling for a while, but haven't found anything useful. Thank you for help! :-)

Do I need to learn all the script stuff? http://docu.gsa-online.de/search_engine_ranker/script_manual

Yes you can script your own platforms, via the engine script. Indeed, read through the script manual, and this thread by Ozz: https://forum.gsa-online.de/discussion/219/tutorial-web-2-0-how-to-code-a-web-2-0-engine-noob-friendly/p1
Also take time to look at the files in the /Engine directory, and you will be able to see the steps each engine uses to register and post. Have a play around and experiment, that's whats worked best for me!

I'm still waiting for @Sven to bring out the platform trainer. :)

I'd stop waiting and start scripting instead

@cherub - Could you suggest a starting point to learn how to do that? I know nothing about scripting.

+1 to what gooner said. I'll learn scripting too.

The script manual, the thread by Ozz I mentioned above, and looking through the engine .ini files is the best starting point you can have. It certainly helps if you know some html, specifically how a form is constructed and submitted (every SEO should know html IMO). Start out small, maybe targetting a simple guestbook or something. Once you're comfortable with what each step does, you'll find things easier, though of course it depends on the complexity of the platform. I have SER doing all sorts of things.

The process is very simple, if you have some web development experience..

oh yea I saw "platform trainer" in this thread, that's a long-forgotten word.
