[REFERRAL NEEDED] Good Wordpress Developer for Theme Issues

I had a developer work on some advanced theme issues and they messed up the way several pages render. Most notably, the damn shopping cart. Does anyone have a referral for a decent Wordpress developer that handles this sort of thing?
