Load/Save Engine Selection functionality in Search Online for URLs

In the Search Online for URLs tool we have the ability to 'use engine filter'. In the little 'Check for Engines' window that pops up, it would be useful to be able to load and save selections of engines like we can already when selecting our engines for projects.

    @cherub, @Sven, how do I use this function? When I click on "Load Selection", I get a pop up window saying "No saved selections found". How can I save my selection?...

    I think it comes from selections you have saved in the 'Where to Submit' window (right click > Load/Save Engine Selection > Save current)
